PROGRESSIVE LEARNING - MULTI-LABEL CLASSIFIER
Research Aim
To develop an online multi-label classifier integrated with progressive learning technique (PLT). The resulting classifier should be capable of learning new labels while retaining the knowledge of previous labels for multi-label problems.
